Yesterday was our 2 year anniversary. It was a fun filled day. Coll got off work early and we exchanged a present or two and then we went to dinner at a modern restaurant in down town Phoenix and then got gelato and then went to a movie. I'd give my present from Coll a 10, the movie a 9, the gelato an 8 and dinner a 4. I picked the restaurant based on online reviews and photos. It turns out anybody can say anything online and anybody can make a picture look like something it's not. Case in point: when there are just two of you it's hard to get a picture together, so we started out by taking pictures like this:
Then we moved on to just taking pictures of other things. (Coll gave me that adorable frame and silhouette picture of us. I hooked him up with socks to make puppets out of and that gigantic circle of our heads.):
We ended up taking a picture of us separately but in the exact same place and photoshopping ourselves in:
We for sure had picture problems, but that was just about the only problem we had, and the only problem we've had in 2 years. Okay not really, but pretty close. Yesterday was full of sap and love and I'm pretty sapped out but I will say that I love Collin and marriage is bliss. We are happy campers.
Pardon that my pose in both pictures is EXACTLY the same. When you find what works, you stick with it right? :)
