Life Is Good

These last 2 weeks have been crazy. School is outrageously busy and stressful. Church callings have us both going non-stop. Work is and forever will be work. Yet, in our down time we've found ways to live, laugh, love and play. To honor the season of love and to dote on my husband a little, (as he fully deserves) I offered him the 14 days of love. So from February 1st until February 14th I gave Collin something simple each day to celebrate our affection. Some of my favorites included a jar full of 365 things I love about Collin, to be enjoyed daily for the next year. Heart shaped hamburgers for dinner. A flip book of my kisses, similar but not quite as good as this one. Pot Pie etched with my love for C. Lots of treats. And my favorite, a matching game with pictures of our favorite memories. Through all of life's business, it's fun to love.

In other good news, my dearest friend and cousin for life is having baby #2. Check out her announcement here.

Oh ash, seriously you rock! No wonder my girls adore you and ask if they can go to Aunt Ash's again! You are a busy lady and yet still find the time to be the bestest wife! I need a good lesson in that from you. The heart shaped hamburgers are so cool. My kids would have loved that! All they got was pink waffles :)
