Today I got a very casual e-mail saying something like "just thought you might wanna check this out". Followed by this link;
This is the bath dam Coll designed. It made Honorable Mention in the Housewares Design Competition and MSN did an article on Coll and his design! I'm so proud of him!

Hi. Sorry to intrude, but your blog popped up on one of the hundreds of internet searches I've been doing for the past week trying to ascertain whether or not a product like Collin's Bath Dam existed, as I had a similar idea I was intending to take to a manufacturer. However, it looks like Collin's beaten me to the punch with the copyright! Not to worry - I'd be very interested in contacting Collin regarding licensing his product for manufacture and sale. Just wondering what's happening with the bath dam? Can't quite see how it would stop the water disappearing down the sides, all baths are different widths and the angles of the sides are all different and it would need to fit perfectly to be water tight.... Am I missing something??
