I know it's been too long since I've posted anything...but I have some good reasons! Yes, school of course is at the top of the list, but the other reason is a bit more "out there".
So, before I actually had a blog of my own, I would totally stock other people and live on their blogs. I would check them like 5 times a day and love it! Well, it turned into me looking at the blogs so much that every time I would go somewhere, or do anything, I would think to myself, this would be a cool blog post! Then..slowly, I was convinced to get a blog, and so then I started living my thoughts of, that would be a cool blog post. So what happened, is that I turned my life into doing things only so I could blog them! So I knew I had an epidemic and needed to STOP! So, recently I've been trying to do things for the good reasons, not just so it'll look good on my blog! Anyway, here are a few events that we have been a part of, in effort to NOT do it for the blog, but for US!!!
We went to the zoo. I went as a part of the ASU Music Therapy program. They were having "Zoomation" with a bunch of different booths and stuff where kids could mess around, and I was at the "Musikalidascope" booth helping with drums and music and stuff!
At the zoo, we saw... COWS! I thought it was funny that out of all the animals at the zoo, the ones we got close enough to take pictures by, were the cows! It kinda felt like home!
I also, got a mixer from my sister inlaw Crystal! I am so excited to finally have one! And I had the brilliant idea to paint it red! It turned out pretty atrocious, and I've never seen Collin laugh harder than when he was watching me paint it, but it was fun and I don't care!!
Our friends Ryan and Stacey let us have their old entertainment center, and so we gave our old one to Bryan and Karen. It was fun to see Ryan and Stacey and their baby Maylee (I think that's how it's spelled), and the boys took NO chances while tying that sucker to the car!! Check out their rope job!

And lastly, we went to the annual Wright Family Easter Egg Hunt! It was so great to watch the kids racing after eggs on Saturday, and even more great to be there with soe many family members. We missed those of you who weren't there. This Easter party is kind of a special one for me. It was a year ago at this same even that I started dating Collin and it was the one and only time I got to meet Grandma Georgia. Kind of a sweet time of year for us.

Thanks Ash! It's good to know you're alive and well. Love the bosch! I can't believe someone would give one of those away. She must love you! As do I!

I love the zoo. I am glad you found humor about cows being at the zoo. We were just at ours the other day with Tiffaney's family and they advertise that there is cacti in their Sonoran Desert exhibit. I guess a cactus is pretty special when you did not grow up around them.
That was nice of Crystal to give the mixer. I can't believe you painted. What did you paint it with? Keep trying I want to see the finished product.
I love how the bosch turned out. I actually have the red one and yours now looks just like mine!!! Way to go! Love all the pictures and the post. I am glad you are alive. Markee is here now staying with me, so hopefully we will be seeing you soon!
blogging is addicting. but you gotta do it, otherwise I wouldn't know what you were up to.
Ash you are lucky that you have a life to blog about. OURs- not so much. If you have not noticed I am the queen of random blogging because nothing interesting happens. Love the mixer. YOU will use it often. I am glad that you guys are doing good.
I know what you mean about the blogging epidemic! I have felt that way before too...although in Eagar, seems like every activity is blog worthy, there is just so much fun to be had here!!!
